Septic permits and pumping reports in Vancouver go through Clark County Public Health, and we file with them directly.
Most of Vancouver inside the city limits is on sewer, but a lot of the county around it is not. Felida, Salmon Creek, Orchards, Fern Prairie and the older lots east toward Camas run on septic, and many of those systems went in during the building booms of the seventies and nineties. They're due for regular pumping and, when a house sells, a Report of System Status. Our yard is in Vancouver, so this is our shortest drive.
Every price is the price you pay, plus sales tax. No trip charge anywhere in our service area.

No. Vancouver is inside our regular service area and the per-gallon price is the same as it is in Vancouver.
Routine pumping is usually scheduled within the week. Backups and alarms get the next open slot, often the same day. Call rather than using the form if it's urgent.
Usually. Clark County keeps as-built drawings for most permitted systems. We probe from there and can install risers so the lids are at grade next time.
